What Does TRCC Mean to You?
Wednesday, August 20th, 2008The Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) was formed in 2003 as an agency to resolve disputes between builders and homeowners. According to an August 20, 2008 article by Janet Elliott in the San Antonio Express News, the TRCC might not survive the state’s sunset review process because it appears not to be keeping may disputes from reaching the courts.
