No County Regulation for Aerobic Septic Systems
Friday, April 11th, 2008Comal County commissioners voted on April 10 not to re-introduce regulations on aerobic septic systems, according to an April 11 article in the New Braunfels Herald Zeitung by Chris Cobb. The regulations would have required owners to have mandatory service contracts on their aerobic systems, attend a four-hour training course on how to use the systems, and pay a $10 annual fee to the county.
